Software architect for AI cloud architectures

Tasks

  • Design, development & implementation of AI cloud architectures: As an AI architect, you will design and implement scalable AI solutions in cloud environments to optimize our business process and drive innovation.
  • Rapid creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs): To quickly evaluate and validate potential AI use cases, you will develop and implement PoCs.
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams: You will work closely with data scientists, IT specialists and specialist departments to integrate AI functions into existing systems.
  • Strategic technology selection and evaluation: To support our digital strategy, you will identify and evaluate suitable cloud platforms and AI tools, taking strategic business objectives into account.
  • Fostering an innovative company culture: You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to promote innovation and continuously improve our digital solutions.
  • Recruitment support and mentoring: You are actively involved in the selection process of new software developers and provide technical support and mentoring to foster their professional development.

Requirements

  • You have a Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development and cloud architecture with a focus on scalable AI applications
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure Functions, as well as the integration of AI services into cloud-based applications
  • You have practice in using Docker and Kubernetes to deploy scalable applications and in designing and implementing microservices architectures for AI applications.
  • You are also familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deploymnet (CI/CD), ideally with Azure DevOps.
  • You have already gained experience in working with interdisciplinary teams as well as in guiding junior developers.
  • With the help of your strong communication skills, you are able to clearly convey technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • You are open to new technologies and continuous training in the field of AI and software development.
