This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to help us design and implement anAI-powered voice bot. This bot will streamline our communication with our partners by automating calls, extracting relevant details, and ensuring seamless integration into our workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and prototype AI-driven voice bot solutions capable of interacting with our partners' automated and human systems.
  • Design, develop, and test a voice bot capable of conducting real-time conversations, retrieving accurate information, and handling queries dynamically.
  • Implement technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech systems to ensure the bot's functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with UK data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
  • Collaborate with Savy’s team to integrate the bot into our applications & management process.


Requirements

  • Knowledge of AI, NLP, and voice bot technologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar platforms.
  • Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or related languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with call automation or telephony APIs (e.g., Twilio).
