The Role
We are seeking a remote based, highly competent and enthusiastic Interim Project Manager with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new technologies to improve the quality of their service.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Development: Investigate and identify emerging technologies that can be integrated into the care services.
Project Management: Lead and manage AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Training & Support: Develop training programs for staff to effectively use new AI technologies and provide ongoing support.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Compliance: Ensure all AI projects comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in AI-related projects within the healthcare sector.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion: A keen interest in AI and its potential to transform healthcare. What is on offer:

Salary depends on experience and can be on a day rate
Part time option is suitable, three or four days per week
Remote based
