Interim Product Director

We are incredibly proud to partner with this dynamic tech startup on a mission to transform public sector services using innovative AI-powered solutions. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Interim Product Director to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their growth.

Your Role

As Interim Product Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of their digital products. You'll work closely with the C-suite and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their products align with their strategic vision. Your focus will be on leveraging AI to create efficient and effective tools that empower their users.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our overall business goals.
Product Management:Lead a team of product managers, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
AI Integration:Drive the integration of AI into our products to enhance their capabilities and efficiency.
Metrics and KPIs:Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, data, and other teams to ensure a seamless product development process.
Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to continuously improve our products.

What We're Looking For

Product Leadership:Proven experience leading product teams in a fast-paced, tech startup environment. Start-up experience is essential.
Technical Expertise:A deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, with a focus on AI and automation.
Collaboration:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Results-Driven:A passion for achieving measurable results and driving business impact.
Continuous Learning:A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

Bonus Points

Experience in the welfare or social services sector.
A background in engineering or data science.
