Interim Product Director

Your Role

As Interim Product Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of their digital products. You'll work closely with the C-suite and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their products align with their strategic vision. Your focus will be on leveraging AI to create efficient and effective tools that empower their users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our overall business goals.
• Product Management:Lead a team of product managers, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• AI Integration:Drive the integration of AI into our products to enhance their capabilities and efficiency.
• Metrics and KPIs:Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, data, and other teams to ensure a seamless product development process.
• Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to continuously improve our products.

What We're Looking For

• Product Leadership:Proven experience leading product teams in a fast-paced, tech startup environment. Start-up experience is essential.
• Technical Expertise:A deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, with a focus on AI and automation.
• Collaboration:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-Driven:A passion for achieving measurable results and driving business impact.
• Continuous Learning:A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
