Role Summary:


We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Aveni's AI solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. As the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, you’ll manage client expectations, project schedules, and resources, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-sales through post-sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project planning & coordination- Define the scope of the implementation project, objectives, timelines and key tasks in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. Develop these into a detailed project plan, ensuring alignment between client requirements and product team deliverables.
  • Client communication- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process and seek value-add opportunities for face-to-face interactions. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and manage their expectations by providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Stakeholder collaboration- Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, sales, implementation and support, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process. You will also conduct regular project status meetings to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & reporting- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, status reports, risk logs and post implementation retrospectives.
  • Process & Best practices- Lead the business in developing and refining project management methodologies and processes to improve efficiency and optimise client outcomes and ROI.


Requirements:


  • Experience:Proven track record in Project and Implementation management in client-facing roles, ideally in software and financial services.
  • Skills:Exceptional communication skills, organisational and prioritisation abilities, and proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
  • Attributes:Proactive, dependable, and a team-oriented self-starter with a strong interest in AI and financial services.
