IC Design Manager - £100k – Southampton – semi remote

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a pioneering electronics manufacturer who are now seeking an IC Design Manager with a solid background in Digital IC Design.

The company are established globally, operating in a lucrative industry that they have cornered. They are now seeking an IC Design Manager with good experience leading teams for multidisciplinary projects.

The engineering team is well established, you will get the chance to work with some of the best engineers in the industry. You will be working as part of a dedicated team of Engineers. As the company is constantly developing new products, you will get the chance to see products from design to manufacture.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Electronics, Control systems or similar

  • Excellent background in Digital IC Design

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good previous experience leading Electronics teams

  • Exposure to Analog design is highly desirable but not essential
