HR, Payroll & Learning Application ManagerLocation: RG7 4PR , located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking .Package: from £48,250 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight.Let us introduce the roleAWE is currently recruiting for a HR, Payroll & Learning Application Manager for the Enterprise Applications group.Key Accountabilities:Delivering a resilient service to the business that fulfils user requirements and service level agreementsImplement application changes in line with IS/IT processes, procedures, and policies to budget, time, and scopeMaintain the application roadmaps with the Senior Application Services Manager and Head of Enterprise ApplicationsManage the application change backlogCommunicate with key business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectationsIT functional consultancy for the applicationsManagement of resources to support the applicationMaintain the IT application configuration baseline and system architecture in accordance with corporate IS/IT specificationsKey Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with the business relationship managers and customers to prioritise and schedule workMaintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent levels of engagement, collaboration, and forward planningContribute to budget planningThe Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needsWho are we looking for?We do need you to have the following:Delivering innovative HR/payroll solutions at enterprise scale.Implementation and expert use of the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll functional areas of the Workday platformIT service, change, and application lifecycle managementIT environment management (development, staging, production, etc)Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey appropriate detail to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of seniority.Business relationship and stakeholder managementVendor and contract managementPeople management and leadershipWhilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:Implementation and expert use of the of the entire Workday platformImplementation and expert use of the of the Saba Cloud e-learning platformIntegration of HR/payroll applications with other information systems such as an ERP, including data flows, master data management, etcData mastery; surfacing data for business intelligenceThe application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the context of human capital managementITIL Service Management certificationWorking within a SIAM frameworkManaging IT in a secure, complex, and highly regulated environmentFinance management.Relevant software vendor training and certificationsYou'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload.
