MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Junior Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of client projects. Working closely with senior project managers and internal teams, this role ensures that project requirements are understood, tasks are completed efficiently, and client expectations are met. The Junior Project Manager will contribute to project coordination, risk management, and process optimization while upholding Welocalize’s Four Pillars: Customer Obsession, Relentless Innovation, Winning Together, and Commitment to Excellence.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships across teams.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As aJunior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Project Coordination & Planning
Assisting in project planning, scoping, and requirements gathering with clients.
Supporting the allocation of resources to ensure quality, cost, and schedule requirements are met.
Helping to maintain project schedules and monitoring progress.
Contributing to risk assessment and contingency planning.

Execution & Monitoring
Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality compliance.
Assisting with budget tracking and cost control.
Identifying and escalating potential project risks or issues.

Client & Team Communication
Supporting customer engagement and maintaining professional relationships.
Providing regular project status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Helping to resolve project-related queries and escalating concerns when necessary.

Process Improvement & Documentation
Assisting in maintaining accurate project documentation and financial records.
Contributing ideas to optimise delivery processes and improve efficiency.
Supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives and process standardization.

Performance & Compliance
Ensuring project delivery aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Client satisfaction
- On-time delivery
- Cost control and profitability
- Revenue throughput

REQUIREMENTS

Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.

Language Skills
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Some experience in project coordination, operations, or client management within translation/localization or a related industry.
Strong interest in project management, including workflows, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
Basic knowledge of the translation/localization industry and emerging trends is a plus.
Familiarity with financial management, budgets, or cost control is an advantage.
