As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and energetic Paid Marketing Manager to join our forward-thinking team.


What You'll Do: We are seeking an experienced Health Informatics Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a new project which has a global scope. You should have a passion for system design incorporating AI, ML, NLP across clinical and medical data. The successful candidate will oversee the project's scope completion, planning, and readiness phases, ultimately facilitating further recruitment and development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organisational goals; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment with stakeholder expectations.


  • Technology Integration: Lead the integration of advanced technologies, including AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), to automate data retrieval, analysis, and system updates.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant healthcare standards, data protection regulations, and ethical guidelines.


  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.


  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.


  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing complex health informatics projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.


  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of health information systems, AI integration, NLP, and data analytics.


  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and ethical standards in medical research.


  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills or EQUIVALENT COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE:


  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.


  • Experience with AI and NLP: Hands-on experience in implementing AI and NLP solutions in healthcare settings.


  • Knowledge of Transgender Healthcare: Understanding of the unique challenges and requirements in transgender healthcare.


Reporting Line: This position reports to the head of technology.
