About the Role

We are seeking a part-time (3 days per week) Head of Workout Content & Celebrity Talent to form a crucial part of the early stage team. This will be one of the most exciting roles in the company which will enable you to work with celebrity and Tier 1 athletic talent to formulate workout programmes, adapting the latest in performance science, ranging from strength-based exercise to boxing to yoga to dance. If you've ever wanted to rub shoulders and work with the world's best sports and athletic talents, then this is your chance! You will also get to be involved yourself in coaching and training users via classes and workouts on our content platform using our world-first blend of content and ReflectAI® form tracking.

What is Involved

  • You will need to develop world class workout programming - ranging from strength based workouts over a 4 week programme, to yoga, dance and boxing. These could range from 10 min classes to 45 mins in length.
  • Onboarding and sourcing trainer talent involving a mix of celebrity athletes, olympians and experts in their respective sports.
  • You will need to co-ordinate with all talent to formulate set workout programmes ahead of video shoots - with the view to get the best out of the talent's skills and secrets. In the coming future, we'd see you negotiating and brokering deals with top tier athletic and celebrity talent yourself - along with our advisors.
  • Arranging video shoots with the videographer and product team at a dedicated studio space.
  • Supervising the editing process to ensure high quality workout content is loaded onto our platform in the correct edits to a set pre-defined schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Science and Product teams to incorporate any technical limitations and ensure alignment with the workout content brief.
  • Product workout testing to ensure the output and workout form tracking on our smart mirror appears as it should for the user. This role will also involve testing the quality of the ReflectAI® form tracking where we will need your periodic testing of the tech team's developments to test the accuracy of the form tracking and to ensure the automated feedback is true to form. You will get to add your own feedback into the product.
  • Coordinate closely with the Product team to input into the content roadmap and strategy, focussing on modalities ranging from boxing, pilates, barre, strength-based, yoga, dance, bodyweight and core exercise programmes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in athletics and sports training - preferably in a coaching or personal training capacity for modalities such as strength, yoga and dance.
  • Bubbly, lively and entertaining personality that engages workout users at home.
  • Comfortable demonstrating and leading workout classes in a 1:1 capacity with a strong talent for explaining the technical method of executing moves across different exercise modalities - whilst keeping it engaging and fun.
  • Experience sourcing and dealing with top talent and managing schedules.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to co-ordinate shoot dates and talent's availability. Particularly with a focus on working efficiently to fit in as much workout content shooting in a single day as possible. (6-7 classes per day).
  • Extensively proficient in utilising spreadsheets and various online platforms to create workout programmes.
  • Proficiency in using asynchronous communication tools like Slack and project management tools like Asana.
  • You will need to come into the London HQ to test the product workouts and the efficacy of the motion tracking feedback. You will need to be able to explain to the tech team what needs improving in the workout tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet a deadline.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • An eye for detail in the shooting and editing process.
  • Able to work effectively and cooperatively in a team setting.
  • Can commute to the London HQ Office and Studio space regularly during the week.

  • Product minded with a good understanding of how to build products.
  • Experience devising workout content strategies and roadmaps.
