to join and lead our sales function in our

London office , as we move into the next phase of growth. Over the past years, we have achieved significant milestones and built a dynamic customer base across multiple regions. As we continue to expand our client base and capitalize on this momentum, you will play a critical role in our success, working with senior leadership to define the future sales strategy, develop the sales function, and win new customers.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver the future sales strategy alongside the senior leadership team.Define and establish the structure of the sales organization, implementing clear role definitions to maximize the team's output.Develop accurate revenue forecasts and set clear, measurable sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and growth objectives.Develop, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their commercial skills, encouraging a balance between quality and quantity in their approach.Ensure that sales metrics and reporting structures are in place and that the CRM is effectively utilized by the team.Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with customer acquisition goals.Implement ongoing training programs to improve the team's understanding of CRM systems, product knowledge, and sales techniques, ensuring they remain competitive and informed about the latest industry trends.Lead conversations with larger prospective customers and close net new logos.Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies, customer needs, and product developments.Regularly analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience leading sales teams within a technology (PaaS or IaaS) vendor, with a focus on driving significant revenue growth and establishing high-performance sales processes.Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies that balance short-term wins with long-term growth, adapting to evolving market conditions and business needs, and the ability to deliver this to the sales team.Proven track record of coaching and mentoring sales teams to achieve their full potential, while overseeing the daily management of team operations, including one-on-one meetings, performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives.A strong focus on CRM best practices, particularly in reporting sales metrics and pipeline management, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.Experience in leading net new logo acquisition on multi-million-dollar deals.What We Offer:Competitive salaryHybrid work setup: 3 days in the office and 2 days from homeThe opportunity to work with a diverse team of talented professionals who are passionate about technology and innovation.A collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and the chance to make a significant impact on the future of cloud computing.We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
