We're on the lookout for adynamic and strategic leaderto head our Client's Residential Conveyancing team. Whether you're seeking apart-time role (3-4 days per week)or afull-time position, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and overseea high-performingResidential Conveyancing team, covering everything fromsales & purchases, help to buy, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds
Manage and progressresidential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
Build and maintain relationshipswith clients, ensuring outstanding service at all times
Network locally and generatenew business opportunities
Collaborate with the teamto meet client needs and drive departmental growth
Oversee case allocation, performance management, and team development

Essential Skills & Experience:

Qualified Residential Conveyancerwith substantial experience as a fee earner
Strong knowledge ofresidential property law and conveyancing processes
Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a conveyancing team
Excellentcommunication, client care, and relationship-building skills
Ability tonetwork, develop business relationships, and grow a caseload

Desirable:

Experience managing complex new build conveyancing cases
Knowledge ofagricultural conveyancing(advantageous but not essential)
