Location:UK (Remote) - c Monthly in London HQ / Occasional Client Onsite

An overview of the Head of Product Management (SaaS)


  • You will be leading a small dynamic product team of smart, motivated, and inquisitive individuals who thrive on solving complex challenges.
  • You will oversee and refine the product processes, encompassing everything from strategic planning to delivery, and from client engagement to performance metrics.
  • Your responsibilities will span collaborating with the management team to create the company’s product strategy and vision, to the execution and evolution of the product roadmap.
  • You will be instrumental in optimising the processes, tools and team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will translate product strategy into a scalable framework for product scope, design, development, and go-to-market execution, all with the primary aim of delivering value to our customers, prospects, and the business.
  • As a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CTO, your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders—including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and Marketing—will be critical to the company’s success.


Responsibilities of the Head of Product Management:


  • Accountable for the end to end Product Management function; track and report on KPIs for all areas, striving for continuous improvement across the board.
  • Ownership of the product strategy and vision, working closely with the senior team, identifying business challenges and key problems to solve, communicating and evangelising these internally and externally.
  • Accountable for the successful execution of the Product Roadmap, working alongside the Head of Technology and through close collaboration with key stakeholders; driven by data from a wide range of sources to support, providing timely updates to stakeholders on progress.
  • Oversee all product research & analysis to ensure effective and timely decision making, informing roadmaps and prioritisation
  • Resource management and budgeting across teams, accountable for team development and department budget in order to deliver against company objectives


The Skillset and experiences you need to bring as Head of Product Management:


Functional Expertise


  • 5 years’ experience in similar roles, especially B2B SaaS solutionsideally in workforce management in the Retail, Entertainment and Hospitality industries.A distinct advantage if you have experience in a scaling environment and have experienced working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and have a growth mindset.
  • Excellent at managing a product roadmap, constantly making prioritisation decisions and deploying resource and focus in the most strategic and impactful way.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and business goals.
  • You will have overseen the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • You are data-driven and highly analytical– you use data to drive and / or validate decisions.
  • KPI and metric driven.
  • You are Commercially-minded.
  • You are acustomer advocate, constantly seeking customer feedback & are insight driven to build products customers love.You will bringexperience of interacting with customers and prospects.
  • Technology expert(desired) – strong technical understanding

  • You are capable of presenting the company and product to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You gather and incorporate feedback from clients, partners, and team members to refine product offerings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Playing a key role in setting the direction for the product and the business.
  • Great at hiring, inspiring and retaining the best talent.
