Job description We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing AI to lead the charge in developing and refining cutting-edge custom AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and a variety of general AI solutions. This role is a key component of our Marketing AI and Automation department, reporting directly to the Director of MarTech & Automation.As the Head of Marketing AI, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to build and enhance our AI capabilities, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to drive unparalleled marketing success and operational efficiency. Your innovative approach and strategic mindset will be crucial in shaping the future of our marketing initiatives, ensuring that we remain at the leading edge of industry advancements.
What you'll be doing

Lead the design, development, and refinement of custom Marketing AI models, including LLMs, to enhance marketing strategies and outcomes. Implement robust methodologies for training, testing, and fine-tuning AI models, ensuring they are optimized for specific marketing objectives. Develop strategic plans to integrate AI solutions into all marketing operations, aligning them with overall business goals. Oversee the operational deployment of Marketing AI initiatives, evaluating their impact on marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Champion the adoption of cutting-edge Marketing AI technologies and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Build and nurture a team of AI specialists, providing mentorship and guidance on Marketing AI technologies and their applications. Serve as a thought leader in AI-driven marketing, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and enhancing external industry visibility. Collaborate closely with IT, data science, and other business units to ensure effective integration and scalability of AI tools and strategies.

Who we are looking forAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on machine learning and AI. Extensive experience in AI model development, particularly in building and optimizing large language models (LLMs) and custom AI solutions for business applications. Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team of AI professionals, driving them to achieve organizational goals.
