Job Title:Head of Management Information

Reporting to:Group Financial Controller

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Head of Management Information to lead our MI function within a dynamic and fast-paced payments processing environment. You will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner with various teams to deliver insights, enhance operational efficiency, and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the management information (MI) strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and supports financial reporting and analysis.
  • Design, implement, and maintain reporting systems and dashboards, enabling real-time access to key metrics and insights across the business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Product) to identify and provide solutions for data and reporting needs, including ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the team responsible for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
  • Analyze data trends to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making and improve overall business performance.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on MI matters and proactively identifying opportunities for reporting enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data governance standards within the MI function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a management information or business intelligence role, ideally within financial services or payments processing.
  • Strong understanding of MI tools and software, such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in guiding and developing high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
