Your new role

The Head of Data Science and Innovation will spearhead the development and integration of cutting-edge AI models and data-driven solutions for the Group. This role is critical in positioning the organisation at the forefront of AI and data science innovation, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and technological advancement.

What you'll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities:

Enable access to state-of-the-art AI models across the Group. Establish and scale a robust Data Science and AI practice tailored to the business's needs. Educate and empower staff by showcasing the capabilities of Data Science and Machine Learning. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and develop new AI use cases that drive value. Deliver and operationalise the "Next Best Action" model for EA operations to enhance decision-making. Build and implement Agentic AI capabilities to transform processes and improve efficiencies.

Skills and Experience Required:Proven experience in leading Data Science and AI teams.Strong expertise in Machine Learning, AI model development, and deployment.Exceptionalmunication skills to educate and engage non-technical stakeholders.A track record of delivering innovative AI solutions in a business environment.Strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive innovation.
