The Role


Our client is looking for a hands-on, visionary AI & ML expert to lead the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of artificial intelligence initiatives. This influential position sits at the intersection of tech and business, integrating AI into the heart of operational and research functions.


  • Lead the development and rollout of an enterprise AI/ML strategy
  • Design and implement scalable solutions including GenAI, RPA, and custom LLM workflows
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Guide ethical, compliant, and impactful AI usage in line with healthcare regulations
  • Build strategic partnerships with external AI/biotech innovators and academic leaders


Your Experience

We’re seeking a technically excellent, strategic thinker with deep AI/ML expertise and business acumen. You’ll have the ability to translate complexity into value and inspire change across a highly innovative environment.


  • 9+ years of experience in digital, data, and technology roles with a strong AI/ML focus
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, engineering, or computational science
  • Proven success in deploying AI solutions at scale in complex, regulated industries
  • Strong coding ability (Python, Java, Scala), and familiarity with GenAI tools and cloud platforms
  • Business-savvy communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
