Own the AI change agenda end-to-end, shape the strategy, industrialise delivery, land adoption within a regulated, multi-business environment.

TO DELIVER:

  • Enterprise AI roadmap tied to business OKRs and funding.
  • Lean guardrails that enable fast, compliant ship cycles.
  • Production copilots/assistants moved into BAU with measurable ROI.
  • Cross-functional operating model (Product, Data, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance) that scales.
  • Translates executive mandates into AI portfolios that scale & drive adoption
  • Strategy through launch for copilots/assistants, client-facing platforms, including change management and adoption.
  • Led enterprise AI governance; codified standards, guardrails, and delivery templates to scale safely in a regulated context.
ROLE PROFILE
  • Enterprise AI roadmap aligned to business OKRs; clear intake/triage and prioritisation.
  • Lightweight governance and guardrails that enable speed at scale (policies, controls, risk tiers).
  • 2–3 high-impact AI products/assistants into production with measurable ROI and BAU support.
  • Adoption at pace: enablement, comms, training, and operating models across functions.
OWNERSHIP
  • Portfolio management: investment cases, dependencies, release plan.
  • Cross-functional orchestration across Product, Data, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance.
  • Delivery standards and “golden paths” (from prototype to production).
  • Vendor/platform oversight and cost governance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven record moving AI from labs → production → BAU at enterprise scale.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and influencing exec stakeholders.
  • Governance-first mindset without killing velocity; strong KPI/OKR discipline.
  • Regulated-industry background (financial services or similar) preferred.
