This is your chance to lead Dexory’s first AI team and architect the brain of the autonomous warehouse.

  • Spend 60–70% of your time building, designing, coding, deploying AI/ML systems in live environments
  • Attract, recruit and grow a world-class AI team from scratch
  • Work cross-functionally with product, robotics and commercial to translate AI into real customer value
  • Make key calls on infrastructure, architecture and platform design to establish a long-term competitive edge

  • Deep, hands-on experience deploying AI/ML in the real world (robotics, logistics, automation or high-consequence systems)
  • A strong systems mindset. Be comfortable owning end-to-end AI systems, not just models
  • Proven leadership in both technical design and team mentorship
  • Confident communicator and collaborator who thrives in ambiguity and urgency
