We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head ofData Science / Head of AI to lead the data initiatives. Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-endexecution of data science projects, from ideation to deployment,ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver actionableinsights. 6. Ethical Data Use: Establish and enforce best practicesfor data governance, privacy, and ethical use of AI in healthcareapplications. Qualifications: 1. Advanced degree (Ph.D. orMaster's) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or arelated field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data scienceor AI roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. 3.Proven track record of successfully leading data science teams andprojects. 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability toconvey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders. 5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically andexecute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
