We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head ofData Science / Head of AI to lead the data initiatives. This roleis pivotal in shaping and executing our data strategy, ensuring theeffective use of data science and AI to enhance patient outcomesand drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess astrong technical background and proven leadership skills. KeyResponsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement acomprehensive data science and AI strategy aligned with companymission and objectives. 2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, andexpand a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, andanalysts. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functionalteams, including clinical, engineering, product, and marketing, tointegrate data-driven insights into decision-making processes. 4.Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in datascience, machine learning, and AI to drive continuous innovationwithin the company. 5. Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-endexecution of data science projects, from ideation to deployment,ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver actionableinsights. 6. Ethical Data Use: Establish and enforce best practicesfor data governance, privacy, and ethical use of AI in healthcareapplications. Qualifications: 1. Advanced degree (Ph.D. orMaster's) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or arelated field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data scienceor AI roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. 3.Proven track record of successfully leading data science teams andprojects. 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability toconvey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders. 5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically andexecute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
