Position Overview

AudioStack is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager who will work across our sales, customer success, and marketing teams, as well as our partner ecosystem, to develop and execute the company’s growth marketing plans.

You will bring an experimental approach to Marketing across, content, email automation, paid campaigns, data-driven marketing efforts. You will have opinions on PLG, MarTech stacks and have built viral campaigns before. 

We are a data-driven and technical company and looking for someone to help us move the needle on our marketing efforts. We see the opportunities in this role as a mix between organic campaigns and PPC but are looking for someone that brings in their own ideas and creativity.

What you’ll do:

  • Conceive, develop, and execute a range of growth marketing campaigns to drive education, brand awareness, and engagement for our target audience, with a focus on lead generation, CRM platform management, and PPC campaigns
  • Day-to-day project management, reporting, and quality assurance of all growth marketing initiatives
  • Leverage analytic tools to find ways to enhance the company’s growth marketing efforts, in line with the overall commercial and marketing strategy
  • Report on effectiveness and ROI for all growth marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement  
  • Manage AudioStack’s CRM database, as well as plan and execute email campaigns for a variety of client archetypes
  • Manage the distribution of all growth marketing content across relevant channels, such as social media, website, and email 

Requirements

  • B2B technology marketing experience with a successful track record of 3+ years in growth marketing, as well as a strong understanding of the ad tech industry and a passion for all things digital marketing
  • Work towards strategic product goals and conceptualise and implement creative concepts to drive growth  
  • You will have opinions on MarTech stacks (we use PostHog, Metabase, Pipedrive, we’re open to enhancing that stack).
  • A data-driven, analytical, and creative mind with numerical confidence, BS/BA preferred
  • You will be creative, data-driven, and obsess over campaigns driving tangible results not only in terms of MQLs, SQL but also revenue. 
  • You care about audio and our ICP and are able to craft comms where needed to target that ICP
  • Experience with CRMs and CMSs and having opinions on these
  • Experience building out competitor/ alternative pages and various SEO based content - and automating these processes, through page generation software or otherwise. 
  • Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills, and can engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude, who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-paced scale-up environment.
