We are looking for graduates who are seeking to build a career in web development within the consultancy ecosystem. You will be working with other consultants, developers and BAs on a variety of different sized projects.
We are looking for developers to be responsible for the development and maintenance of web-based applications. Your primary focus will be custom web development and integration with third-party services. You will be working remotely with other consultants, engineers and developers on different layers of the client's infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
An ideal candidate takes professional pride in their work, producing high-quality solutions that always delight the customer.
Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Design & build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code with best practices
- Ensure the best possible quality of the application
- Take ownership of project work (should be a confident self-starter)
- Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging
- Write unit tests for the classes that you develop & ensure ~75% coverage
- Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements
- When required, handle deployment into production
- Track time spent on tasks and projects
- Daily stand up with line leader/project manager
Skills and Qualifications
- Web development (JavaScript, HTML and CSS)
- Familiar with using AI Copilots
- Nice to have worked with VSCode
- Familiar with React / Angular / Node
- Nice to have Node JS
- Nice to have C# or Java experience
- Ability to communicate with project lead and provide consultation on solutions
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
- Open to change
- Minimum work experience: 1 years of software development
- Education: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA
