*Digital Enablement & Tools:You are a natural with the latest AI-driven digital tools with a demonstrable ability to both enhance operational efficiency and drive business impact.
*Program & Project Management:You will manage high-impact programs, setting clear priorities, tracking progress, and driving execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
*Innovation & Problem-Solving:You will identify emerging AI and marketing trends developing innovative solutions to complex challenges, leveraging data-driven insights.

What You'll Bring
*Technical & Functional Expertise:Digital native with exemplary - and demonstrable - digital marketing skills encompassing an in depth understanding of paid social, search / SEM and display advertising driving audience-based marketing. Understanding of ‘share of model’(LLM) a bonus.
*Strategic Thinking & Insight Generation:An aptitude and good understanding of AI as a topic, and a curiosity for learning more about its application in different business contexts including trends, competition, broader tech ecosystem. Ability to synthesize complex information, draw actionable insights, and drive decision-making.
*Teaming & Collaboration:Working effectively across diverse teams and geographies to foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.
*Agility & Change Management:Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
