WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Global Marketing Activation & Orchestration (A&O) Senior Coordinator, you will play a vital role within the team shaping BCG’s global marketing and communications delivery around our Global Campaigns, the priority capabilities and themes BCG stands for.

In this role you will support the activation of BCG’s global flagship AI Campaign, together with the respective A&O team members. You will support the positioning strategy and the activation and will work with the marketing leadership of BCG’s practice areas, regional marketing leadership and BCG’s Marketing & Comms Leadership Team, (the Global Chief Communications Officer, the Global Chair Positioning and Communications, and the Chief Marketing Officer) as well as BCG’s think tank Bruce Henderson Institute.  

As part of this position you will:

  • Collaborate with the respective campaign managers to define, execute and adapt omni-channel marketing campaigns across BCG’s global communication channels as well as local markets worldwide 

  • Work with strategic partnerships (incl. paid media) to support the roll-out of priority AI content and activations

  • Contribute to BCG’s thought leadership development bringing an audience-centric perspective and identifying the most relevant publications in BCG’s existing editorial pipeline for activation 

  • Work in close collaboration with colleagues from communication channels (e.g., public relations, social media, direct client communications and internal communications), Practice Areas and local markets adopting an agile way of working 

  • Work closely with the analytics team to integrate and measure the value and impact of the campaign and its strategic partnerships 


YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Being able to creatively shape BCG content and media assets with the lens of a storytelling expert making it attractive for various amplification channels. You write clear concise communication, providing an appropriate level of detail and structure.

  • Understanding the external media and influencer themes shaping Artificial Intelligence and BCG's business priorities

  • Working collaboratively across teams in a matrixed organization, especially with BCG's Practice Areas and regions - in an agile way. You apply innate perseverance and tenacity to overcoming obstacles.

  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver high quality written work product with speed and accuracy.

  • Preparing discussions for senior stakeholders (e.g., BCG's Leadership Team, members of BCG's think tank the Bruce Henderson Institute)


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 1-3 years-experience in integrated marketing, campaign management or journalism/publishing background

  • You are developing a deeper understanding of AI coupled with a passion for technology, market research, and an appreciation of different communications channels e.g. social and earned.

  • You are a strong project manager with the ability to review, analyse and build and understanding of data

  • Advanced communication skills: oral, written and active listening (including senior leadership presentations)

  • Experience in a professional services firm e.g., agency or management consulting is a plus

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of expertise. Master's Degree or MBA a plus

  • Experience of managing thought leadership campaigns is a strong advantage

  • Proven ability to work with topic experts and senior executives

  • Ability to work with different markets, cultures and travel as required

  • Fluent written and spoken English skills


YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Global Marketing Activation & Orchestration Coordinator will directly report to the Global Marketing Activation & Orchestration Director within the AI Campaign. The Activation & Orchestration team is part of the broader Global Communications Team and works closely with BCG’s Marketing & Comms Leadership Team, (the Global Chief Communications Officer, the Global Chair Positioning and Communications, and the Chief Marketing Officer). As part of this team, you will interface with global and local team members across the company, including leaders of business units and functional leaders (this includes Managing Directors & Partners, Marketing Directors and peers like other managers within BCG’s marketing function)
