Building on this momentum, we are recruiting a

Director of D&A Product Management

to join our Royal Canin Global Data & Analytics Team who will

lead the Global End-To-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics agenda .What will be your key responsibilities?The Global Director D&A Product Management will define and manage the Royal Canin Global End-To-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics Strategy, Vision and Roadmap.The Global Director D&A Product Management will interface with Global, Regional, Market Operations Leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Commercial to identify & shape the Analytics Product Portfolio.The job holder will be instrumental in establishing a best-in-class data driven culture within Royal Canin and fostering a product-led mindset.This role will need to be in lockstep with key transformational programmes such as EOS, OMP/Planning and SAP S4/ERP.Within this team, you will:Develop and nurture relationships across Royal Canin and the PetCare businesses ecosystem.Act as a change agent for shifting from project to product mindset.Partner with the Global & Regional Data & Analytics Leadership teams to ensure alignment in the creation of Global roadmaps.Understand key processes to enable successful data & analytics products embedment and adoption.Act as a thought leader, changing expectations of 'what is possible'.What are we looking for?Qualifications & Competencies:Strategic inquiry to identify the underlying needs of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement stakeholders.This role must "lead with problems, not tools" to drive scaling as-is versus when to evolve the Product.Partner with Operations leaders and functional experts to define the unique value proposition for each Product.Work closely with end users to ensure positive end user experience.Technical breadth to identify and apply best practices in Data, Analytics and AI.Knowledge / Experience:Strong track record of customer facing success and business acumen.Strength in business-to-science translation.Analytics foundation - knowledgeable in both operations research and the data science domain.Experience in delivery management of analytical products.Practitioner experience in the Supply Chain & Operations domain highly preferred.Experience in technology/source systems (SAP ERP, Azure, SQL, Hive, PowerBI, React).Education & Professional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, STEM subjects, or related field.
