This role will assist in exploring and demonstrating innovative solutions across various technological domains, including AI, synthetic data generation, advanced statistical modeling, and emerging technologies.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, be eager to learn new technologies quickly, and possess the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights. The Principal Analyst will play a crucial part in supporting the Innovation Technology Lead's efforts to drive new business opportunities through technological innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Innovation Technology Lead in researching and identifying new technological trends and potential applications in marketing analyticsSupport the rapid development of prototypes and POCs by gathering and preparing data, conducting initial analyses, and assisting with basic coding tasksHelp in the integration of APIs and technologies into prototype applications under the guidance of the Innovation LeadConduct literature reviews and summarize findings on emerging statistical models, algorithms, and methodologies relevant to ongoing projectsAssist in the preparation of presentations and demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiencesPerform basic testing and validation of prototypes and POCs, including data quality checks and simple sensitivity analysesAid in the documentation of prototype development processes, methodologies, and resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for prototype iterationsSupport the Innovation Lead in quick turnaround projects by managing timelines, coordinating resources, and tracking project progressContribute to the ideation process for new prototype concepts and potential applications of emerging technologiesRequired SkillsProficiency in Python with a willingness to learn from othersExperience with and understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and statistical modelling techniquesExperience with and understanding of LLMs and RAG techniquesFamiliarity with data visualization tools and techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentKeen interest in emerging technologies and their potential applications in businessExperience with and understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and their capabilitiesFamiliarity with version control systems like GitExperience with rapid prototyping or agile development methodologiesKnowledge of marketing analytics and related business challengesFamiliarity with advanced statistical conceptsExperience in creating data visualizations and dashboards for non-technical audiencesWhy work for us?Gain Theory is committed to actively building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcomed, valued and heard, and is treated with dignity and respect.
