We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Hunter to drive new business and revenue growth within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector. This role demands an innovative mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a strong technical foundation. Experience working in a private equity-led firm would be an added advantage. Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the BFS sector, focusing on large and strategic accounts. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Onsite-Offshore and Global Delivery Model: Sell projects using an onsite-offshore model and a global delivery model, ensuring optimal resource utilization and client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution. Digital Transformation for Financial Services: Apexon specializes in driving digital transformation for banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies. By leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and cloud computing, we enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and enable new revenue channels. ~ Omni-Channel Customer Engagement: We help financial services companies provide seamless omni-channel interactions, ensuring that customers can engage with their financial services provider across multiple channels, including mobile apps, online platforms, and in-branch services.
