About Us

Isometric is the world’s most trusted

carbon registry . We issue scientifically rigorous carbon credits to help Fortune 100 companies avoid greenwashing while tackling climate change.
Our customers include Google, Meta, J.P. Morgan, McKinsey and Microsoft.
We're growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture.

Our team

is smart, meticulous and courageous—but warm, kind and supportive too.
We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. If you want to join a company that gets important stuff done quickly, with no drama—then let us know.
Tackling climate change at Isometric is a career-defining role.
Working here will be unlike any job you've had before.
Things you’ll do in this role:

Author analyses and maintain high-level datasets to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

Use skills in areas like statistics, simulation and optimization to inform how carbon removal is verified and help build relevant product experiences.

Collaborate with product engineering teams to design and implement data engineering and AI/ML infrastructure.

Things we’re looking for:

Proficiency in data analysis, insights generation and using cloud-hosted tools (e.g., BigQuery, Metabase, Jupyter).

Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience in data abstractions, pipeline management and integrating machine learning solutions.

Adaptability to evolving priorities and a proactive approach to solving impactful problems, especially in dynamic environments.

This role isn’t for you if:

You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We’re in the office three days per week.

You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist.

You’re looking for a short term gig. Everything at Isometric is designed for the long term: our business model, our compensation/reward system and our decision-making processes. You should only apply if you’re looking to make a move that will last 5-10 years.
