About the Role

Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your work will involve:

  1. Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
  2. Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers.
  3. Correcting the AI's responses based on domain-specific knowledge.

Requirements

  • You have aMaster’s degreein Economics, Applied Economics, International Economics, or related fields.
  • You haveat least 3 years of professional experiencein the relevant domains: Behavioral Economics, Econometrics, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Development Economics, International Economics, Labor Economics, Environmental Economics, Health Economics, Public Economics, etc.
  • Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
  • You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
  • Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
