Football Data Analyst(one day a week in the central London office)

Responsibilities for the role of Football Data Analyst will include:


  • Collect, clean, and process football-related data from various sources.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze player performance and match outcomes.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with football analysts, coaches, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sports analytics and data science.


As the selected Football Data Analyst, you background should include:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Essential- Proven experience in data science within the sports industry.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of football tactics, strategies, and player performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
