Asa Finance Assistant you will provide highquality administrativesupport for the finance team reporting to our FinanceDirector.
Ideally would have a proven backgroundof successfully supporting a business and the management team caninstantly build trusted relationships and work under pressure in abusy and fastpaced office.

Objectives& Responsibilities:
Vaarstis an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely tochange as we grow upon joining your objectives and responsibilitieswill include:
- Act asthe first point of contact for the financeteam
- Monitoring the teaminbox
- Adding new suppliers to the Xeroaccounting system
- Inputting invoices ontoXero
- Inputting credit card transactions ontoXero
- Working with colleagues and suppliers toresolve invoice queries
- Checking statementsfrom suppliers and reconcile to Xero
- Assistingwith reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards at monthend
- Assisting with weekly paymentruns
- Review and input expenses ontoXero
- Assist with month endprocesses
- General administrative tasks for theteam
- Manage or assist with small projects andad hoctasks
