Asa Finance Assistant you will provide highquality administrativesupport for the finance team reporting to our FinanceDirector.

Ideally would have a proven backgroundof successfully supporting a business and the management team caninstantly build trusted relationships and work under pressure in abusy and fastpaced office.

Objectives& Responsibilities:

Vaarstis an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely tochange as we grow upon joining your objectives and responsibilitieswill include:

  • Act asthe first point of contact for the financeteam
  • Monitoring the teaminbox
  • Adding new suppliers to the Xeroaccounting system
  • Inputting invoices ontoXero
  • Inputting credit card transactions ontoXero
  • Working with colleagues and suppliers toresolve invoice queries
  • Checking statementsfrom suppliers and reconcile to Xero
  • Assistingwith reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards at monthend
  • Assisting with weekly paymentruns
  • Review and input expenses ontoXero
  • Assist with month endprocesses
  • General administrative tasks for theteam
  • Manage or assist with small projects andad hoctasks
