Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Artificial Intelligence & Bio Artificial Intelligence Manchester (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a background in Artificial Intelligence or Bio Artificial Intelligence? We're a thriving recruitment agency specializing in placing professionals in these cutting-edge fields across the UK, Europe, and the United States, and we're looking for a driven consultant to join our growing team in Manchester.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, recruiting professionals who are shaping the future of AI and Bio AI. You'll be connecting talent with organizations developing groundbreaking solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and biological systems. The roles you'll be working with are primarily backend developers with strong Python expertise, working on advanced AI models, neural networks, computational biology, and bio-inspired AI systems.


You'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and engaging top-tier backend developers and AI specialists to building lasting relationships with clients across multiple territories. While there's some cold outreach involved, the majority of new business comes through our dedicated lead generation activity, allowing you to focus on what you do best – recruiting.


You'll also have the opportunity to attend international trade fairs and events, conduct client visits, and truly immerse yourself in this specialist market.


What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within AI, software development, or related technology sectors


Understanding of backend development and Python-based roles is highly desirable
A strong track record of delivering results and building candidate and client relationships
Confident in business development and comfortable with some cold outreach activity
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by success
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
