ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to:Business Owner

Location:Remote


Key Attributes:

• Proficient in AI tools and workflows leveraging automation and generative AI to enhance productivity.

• Gatekeeper and key point of contact.

• Provide full and confidential administrative service.

• Assisting with special project requirements as needed.

• Candidates must possess a very strong work ethic, be able to act independently, problem solve and must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the business needs.

• The position involves working on multi-jurisdictional projects, on EMEA time zones.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Strong IT and AI skills.

• Demonstrable track record of achievement.

• Capability of individual will be given greater consideration than number of years of work experience, but a minimum of 3 years' experience preferred.

• Third level qualification in Finance, Business or legal preferred, but not essential.

• Advanced verbal and written English language communication skills a must.

• Innovative thinker and solutions provider.

• Strong work ethic and ability to act independently together with excellent interpersonal skills.
