Events / Hospitality AdministratorLocation: Kingston University, LondonSalary: £19,602.00 per annum + BenefitsContract: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week - 3 days per week (flexible).About the Role:KUSCO is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Events / Hospitality Administrator to help drive income through events, conferences, and hospitality services. You'll play a key role in organizing and delivering exceptional experiences for internal and external clientsfrom meetings and conferences to weddings and private events.Key Responsibilities:Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring high satisfaction.Contract Management: Support the management of service provider contracts, including bus contractors and fleet maintenance.Administration: To maintain the administration function of the Conference Office to ensure it is always up to date.Financial & Performance Reporting: Assist in compiling monthly performance reports and monitoring budgets.Marketing & New Business Development: Help promote and sell Kingston University's facilities, identifying new revenue opportunities.Sustainability: Play an active role in sustainability initiatives.Please note, this is not an exhaustive list.
