Job Purpose: 
 
This appointment is for a full-time, dedicated Events Co-ordinator for the Artificial Intelligence Collaboration Centre (AICC), a collaboration between Ulster University (UU) and Queen’s University Belfast (QUB). AICC seeks to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Events Co-ordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver, to the highest professional standard, a wide portfolio of internal/external events.
 
The postholder will exemplify a strong partnership approach, collaborating with industry professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, share insights, and explore the potential of AI in various sectors. They will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of events ranging from conferences and workshops to webinars and networking sessions, all with the goal of supporting the objectives of AICC in advancing the understanding and adoption of AI technologies across industries.
 
We may create a 12-month waiting list for same or similar roles within the Department / Faculty.  The University reserves the right to extend the waiting list across the University if required for certain posts.
