The role
The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Senior Associate for their City of London office.
You will be at the forefront of this industry-leading team, you will work with the Partners to drive the department forwards.

The firm has a strong reputation for employment, you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work.

You will handle all forms of employment law issues for commercial and private clients and build and develop your caseload with a commercial emphasis. You will be expected to be able to handle matters including but not limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, and data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.

Requirements

You will be an Employment Solicitor 5+ PQE You will have experience of business development Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is essential


Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
