GSL Education London Branch is looking for a passionate and dedicatedECT English Teacherto join anOfsted-rated Outstanding school in Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Early Career Teacher to kickstart their teaching journey in a supportive and high-achieving environment.

Responsibilities of the ECT English Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire and motivate students to develop their reading, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student engagement.

Requirements for the ECT English Teacher:

  • Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for English.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
