Support the design of H&B's operating model, covering the end-to-end distribution process, including order fulfilment, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation Business-Tech Liaison: act as the senior point of contact between business stakeholders and the tech team, translating business needs into technical requirements Technology Adoption: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge distribution technologies to enhance efficiency and visibility across the distribution network. Explore continuous improvement opportunities for automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, and data analytics Complex Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices, lean principles, and process improvements to achieve operational excellence and optimise resource allocation. By collaborating with business units to identify areas for improvement through system changes and process enhancements.
