THE ROLE

This agency is looking for an experienced quantitative research professional, someone who sits on the intersection to data science with well-rounded skills and experience of working with Python.As Director of Research & Analytics you will lead the research analytics team, drive the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and quantitative research methodologies. You'll report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in guiding the company's research strategy and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Team managementConducting quantitative research, including survey design and programmingOversee sample field management and ensuring the accuracy of data collectionDevelop and implement predictive analytic models to drive business insightsUtilise Python and other analytical tools for data analysis and model buildingApply strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and generate insightsThis role would be offered on a fully remote basis (within the UK or Germany). Occasional travel overseas (1-2 trips per year).

We are looking for someone with the following profile:Significant experience in quantitative research, data analytics or related areaExperience with survey design, programming and sample field managementProficiency in PythonDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and qualityExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesYou must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
