ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES - Managing a small team, to design and buildmodels across LLMs, GenAI and NLP with some in Computer Vision -You will still remain about 40% hands on, driving best practices,code reviews and coding when needed - You'll be advising the VP ofAI on the latest AI and LLM driven solutions - Working alongsidetechnical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights andreports on key findings - Driving the latest innovative research inAI, building and deploying core projects onto their AI drivenplatforms - Opportunity to grow and develop, building out a teamSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required - MSc or PhD in STEM/AI relatedsubject - Proficiency in Python, SQL and DevOps & CI/CD -Hands-on experience in LLMs is required - Background in HealthTech,BioTech, PharmaTech is a large benefit but otherwise any techcompany working on AI projects - Excellent communication skillswith proven experience working with stakeholders -Research/Academic background is a big bonus too - Experiencementoring/upskilling/managing is required Applybelow!
