Meta is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director to lead our EMEA Strategic Planning and Operations (SSPO) team. This leader will be responsible for cross-channel strategic planning and operations across the multi-country EMEA region. This Director will work closely with sales, cross-functional teams, and regional and central SSPO leaders. This role requires them to surface insights, build strategic direction, scale global initiatives and drive last-mile execution. Above all, this Director is a strong organizational leader who can communicate a shared vision with cross-functional leadership and teams, develop a high performing team, and ensure our business can deliver results at scale.Responsibilities

Define cohesive operations strategy to bolster the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales team by partnering closely with our product and sales teams.Tap into strong analytical understanding of the business, levers, metrics and problem solving skills to deep-dive into a specific area of the business.Drive execution through ability to quickly move from high-level conversations into detailed operational discussions.Develop and guide organizational effectiveness, proactive talent planning, change management and conflict resolution.Build and maintain strong working relationships with our core internal partners, such as Sales, HR, product and other cross-functional partners (e.g., Data Science, Data Engineering, Marketing, Product) as needed to deliver against the business priorities.Develop, retain and motivate the organization while continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities across the globe.Travel as needed.Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS Degree.Significant business operations experience.Strong people management, influencing and coaching skills, with direct and cross-functional teams.Proven experience in sales operations strategy in global or regional roles at a consulting firm or in corporate strategy.Experience building and scaling entirely new initiatives or programs, from defining the strategy to execution and management post-launch.Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights and data into actionable recommendations for leaders.Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills, experience solving complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational).Experience effectively navigating through ambiguity and complexity to overcome obstacles with little to moderate direction.Demonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving operational improvements and success by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems.Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the digital media or technology industry.
