Are you ready to lead the digital transformation at UK Power Networks? We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Lead to join our team and drive impactful projects that utilize Artificial Intelligence, automate processes, and build cutting-edge applications.

As the Digital Lead, you will report to the Head of Digital Solutions and Analytics and work within the Safety, Strategy, and Support Services directorate based in our London office. This permanent position offers a competitive salary based on experience, a 10% bonus, and the flexibility of blended working after a six-month probationary period (3 days in the office, 2 remote).

Our mandate is to be a supportive, challenging friend to the business, thinking creatively to bring new approaches and methods to some of the industry's biggest problems. You will lead the delivery of our ambitious Artificial Intelligence program, Power App and Power Automate solutions, Netcall low code delivery team, and build up an internal Salesforce capability. You will also mentor a team of business analysts, app developers, and automation engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful projects.
