This Development Team Lead based near Shrewsbury should have most of the following key skills:
- Product development experience
- Strong OO PHP
- PHP framework exposure (Laravel, Symfony, etc)
- Database design (MySQL etc)
- Front end framework exposure – Vue.js, React, Next etc
- Git version control experience
- Agile methodology understanding
- Strong business acumen with the ability to see the business impact of development projects
- Team mentorship or leadership skills
- Restful API exposure
