This Development Team Lead will be joining a growing development team tasked with day to day technical leadership and project roadmapping working closely with clients to understand their key deliverables and translate them into actionable solutions.

This Development Team Lead based near Shrewsbury should have most of the following key skills:


  • Product development experience
  • Strong OO PHP
  • PHP framework exposure (Laravel, Symfony, etc)
  • Database design (MySQL etc)
  • Front end framework exposure – Vue.js, React, Next etc
  • Git version control experience
  • Agile methodology understanding
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to see the business impact of development projects
  • Team mentorship or leadership skills
  • Restful API exposure
  • Any AWS experience would be a real plus (EC2,ECS, S3, Lambda etc)
