Role :


The Design Team Coordinator & AI Transformation Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing both the design team and the organisations’ AI transformation initiatives. This dual role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can oversee creative design processes while driving the adoption and integration of AI technologies across the business. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both creative design leadership and AI implementation, along with strong project management and collaboration skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Design Team Leadership and Coordination

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing and development to align design efforts with organisational goals and deliverables.
  • Process Optimisation: Develop and enforce design workflows, best practices, and quality assurance procedures to enhance team efficiency and maintain consistency across projects.


AI Strategy and Transformation Leadership

  • AI Strategy Development: Define and execute the organisation’s AI adoption strategy, identifying opportunities to integrate AI into business processes, particularly within design workflows.
  • AI Project Management: Lead AI transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals.
  • Change Management: Promote AI-driven innovation, provide training, and foster adoption of AI tools.
  • AI Integration in Design Processes: Incorporate AI technologies within design workflows, leveraging tools such as AI-driven design software. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AI advancements and work to integrate new technologies and methodologies into the business.


Collaboration and Communication

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress on AI and design initiatives with stakeholders. Metrics & Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for design and provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, and areas for improvement.


Person Specifications:


Educational Background:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Prompt engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in design, such as generative design, and conversational AI.


  • Key Attributes:Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide creative teams. Strategic Thinking: Aptitude for strategically integrating AI into creative processes.


  • Industry Experience:Experience in iGaming (operator or provider) is a plus.
