This unique Deputy Hospital Director position is within a Tier 4 Hospital that provides specialist eating disorder services for young people aged 13-18 years whose needs can no longer be met in the community. Youll have the opportunity to work with the newest treatment methods within a highly trained and compassionate team, that is highly committed to provide the best patient care possible.
Essential Criteria for the Deputy Hospital Director position:

  • Leadership experience at Ward Manager level minimum
  • Detailed understanding of statutory regulations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally both in clinical, support services and business environments
  • Passionate about providing high quality care and continuous improvement
  • Evidence of other development and / or training which indicates a commitment to continuous development
  • Experience of managing a clinical budget desired but not essential
