SMMMILE is coming to Glasgow !

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our fully-private aesthetic practice based in in the heart of the vibrant City Centre of Glasgow. You will be part of our enterprise being our our 5th Practice Manager but the first Practice Manager in Scotland!

You will initially help in the set up and development of our brand new practice, you will be building your team from scratch so this is an excellent opportunity to be part of the recruitment process. You will therefore need to work without direct supervision and stand on your own two feet. Of course you can expect some great training and development to do things 'The Smmmile Way' so when your team is on board, you will be setting the scene with our mission and culture to ensure your team can be the best they can be. Not only that, you will also be working in our 'unique boutique setting' state of the art surroundings and and the very latest artificial intelligence to enhance the patient journey. Of course it goes without saying that every piece of equipment and soft furnishings, will be brand new, all we need is you to be with us on that start up journey. Interested ? read on!

We are led by one of the UK's leading Invisalign providers and operate as a Diamond II Invisalign provider. All of our stores are equipped with latest intra-oral scanners and digital x-rays. We also actively promote general dentistry through affordable monthly plans. You will lead on Our mission to 'Deliver Happiness To Transform Smiles' with Invisalign and all available advanced cosmetic treatments

You will be a strong leader coupled with robust business acumen and you will understand the current trends in dentistry. You will have the ability to consider that the practice is your own so you will be confident to make decisions, be forward thinking, and act within the best interests of the business and your team. So you will need to have a strong desire to be the best you can be, be results driven and make your practice the shining start in Scotland.

  • Our ideal candidate will also be a GDC Registered Dental Nurse and hold a Radiography certificate.
  • You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Have at least 2 years experience as a Practice Manager
  • Your key responsibilities but not excluded to will include:
  • Setting up the practice from scratch
  • Recruitment of your team
  • Hold accountability for practice performance
  • Develop the practice private income revenue
  • HR and team management
  • Ensure staff comply with policies and procedures
  • Hold accountability to practice compliance
  • Training and supporting your team
  • Patient care
  • Delivering the 5 star patient journey
  • Handling complaints

You will have excellent support too; you will be working with our existing practice managers, Group Manager, Marketing Manager and HR Manager as well as other central team support

The successful candidate will:

· Have at least 2 years Practice Manager experience (essential)
· Hold a GDC registration (desirable)
· Understand compliance requirements (essential)
· Be strong leader with the ability to lead and inspire others (essential)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding dental retail environment (essential)
· Have an enthusiastic flexible attitude (essential)
· Passionate about patient care and customer experience (essential)
· Experience in driving marketing activities to drive growth (essential)
· Be able to optimise revenues and profits and work within budgets (essential)
· Create an exciting and energetic atmosphere for patients and staff (essential)
Hours 37.5 flexible working across Monday to Friday

Pay: £30,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
