Data & Technology Consulting Director - London (Hybrid, Permanent)

Location: 3 days in London / 2 days remote

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: up to £150,000 base plus competitive bonus!

Note: You must have the right to work in the UK.

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for data, emerging technologies, and strategic consulting? We're looking for a Director of Data, Technology, Automation and Testing to join our fast-growing consultancy and help drive innovation for some of the world's leading financial services firms.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your commercial expertise and consulting leadership will help shape transformative solutions at the intersection of technology and business.

What You'll Do:

Lead strategic client engagements and build long-term, trusted relationships across major financial institutions.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and crafting compelling proposals that leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI, Cloud, and Quantum.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other consulting leaders to develop go-to-market campaigns and respond to RFPs.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, data scientists, and technical consultants.
Stay ahead of the curve by embedding the latest data and tech trends into innovative client solutions.

What You'll Bring:

A strong commercial mindset with a track record of winning and expanding business.
10+ years of experience in data and technology consulting, ideally within the financial services sector.
Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and how they can be applied in real-world business scenarios.
Experience with contract negotiation, business development, and client proposition development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
