You will also play a key role in data governance, ensuring data integrity across systems, and support the team with month-end financial processes.

We are offering a hybrid working contract with most of your time spent working from home. However, you will be required to attend the office in Ashford, Kent once per week, so you must be comfortable and flexible with travel and commuting for project and team meetings.

  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort.

Data & Systems Governance

  • Maintain and reconcile master data relevant to FP&A (e.g., cost centers, product hierarchies, customer accounts).
  • Monitor data flows between systems, flag inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues. Actively promote good data governance and processes across the business.

  • Collaborate with IT, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to support system upgrades and implementations.

Month-End / Ad-hoc Duties

  • Assist in monthly financial close activities, including system reconciliations, data uploads and preparation of standard reports.
  • Prepare variance analysis and support commentary for management reporting.
  • Supporting the budgeting, QBR and forecasting cycles and processes.
  • Managing timetabling and communications to wider finance teams and following up where necessary to ensure that deadlines are met so that tasks can be successfully completed.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a finance, data or systems-related role, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site environment and have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. You will be comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems and take a proactive and solutions-focused approach, using your initiative to follow enquiries to a conclusion. Finally, you will have a business partnering mindset; strong communication skills and able to explain data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
