Job Description:

We’re looking for candidates with strong experience in Computational Linguistics to help build and refine intelligent language technologies, combining linguistic expertise with technical skills to drive innovation in NLP and AI applications.

We’re seeking aData Scientist / Senior AI/ML Engineerwith a solid data science foundation, a strong academic background (MSc/PhD preferred), and a proven track record of deploying real-world AI systems from research to production.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and behavioural intelligence models.
• Lead the transition of prototypes into scalable, cloud-native production systems.
• Architect data pipelines and model-serving infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps).
• Work with large-scale time series and behavioural data from diverse sensors.
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with real-world applications.

Requirements:

• Mandatory:Must be eligible for UK Government Security Clearance
• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science roles, preferably in high-growth or research environments.
• Strong academic background in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Maths, Computational Linguistics, or related fields (MSc/PhD preferred).
• Experience with computational linguistics is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying AI solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and model performance monitoring.
• Background in behavioural biometrics, human-computer interaction, or large-scale sensor/time-series data is a plus.
• Passion for human-centred AI, innovation, and applying research practically.
