This role is an end-to-end data science role spanningthe entire AI lifecycle from ideation through to productiondeployment of models as well as measuring benefit via A/BtestingWhat you'll do: Collaborate with businesspartners to enhance processes using new data and sophisticated MLtechniques.Manage projects from inception to deployment, includingbenefit assessment.Uphold and improve standards for code quality,R&D, and model development.Collaborate with DevOps and DataEngineers to deploy ML models on AWS.Provide mentorship to peersand partners on potential actions and impacts.Develop Python codeadhering to standard processes, CI/CD, and testcoverage.QualificationsWe strongly encourage anyone with the belowto apply:You are a self-starter with experience in deliveringresearch + models to production to drive tangible commercialbenefits and improved customer experiences.You thrive in workingautonomously to drive impact in a fast-paced cross-functionalbusiness.PhD or MSc or equivalent a numerate subject: MachineLearning, Computer Science, Statistics, or similarDemonstrableexperience of applying, researching, and developing sophisticatedstatistical/ML methods to drive value in a commercial setting,Ableto work independently and efficiently to deliver projects on time,taking project briefs and refining them to strongresults.Experienced in engaging with non-technical partners toscope, design and build an appropriate ML solution.Proficient withPython data science stackKnowledge of OO programming, softwaredesign, i.e., SOLID principles, and testing practices.Knowledge andworking experience of AGILE methodologies.Proficient withSQL.Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, geospatial data/modellingand insurance are a plus.Exposure to MLOps, model monitoringprinciples, CI/CD and associated tech, e.g., Docker, MLflow, k8s,FastAPI etc are desirableWe’ll help you gain…Experience working ina high-performance environment where collaboration and businessimpact are BAU.Experience in a wide breath of techniques coveringNLP through to causal inference.Exposure to the best technology,architectural patterns, and integrations of ML/GenAI to productionin the industry.Additional InformationWhy choose us?This is youropportunity to be at the forefront of our game-changing journey andbe part of something truly special!
